Download the protocol and form data

The protocol proves who did what and when, for example for your records or if questions come up. The form data contains what the recipients entered in fields, for example for a spreadsheet or another system.

Where to find it

Requests → in the row More actions → Protocol or Form data

Protocol

1. Summary (PDF): the most important events on a few pages.
2. Detailed (PDF): all events with all details.

The file is downloaded right away. You find the same PDFs at the bottom of the history.

Form data

1. CSV: for Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
2. JSON: for further processing in another system.

Each field appears under its Data name, if you have given it one. See Place fields.

Good to know

• The protocol and form data are available for all requests except drafts. For a running request they contain the current state.
• If nobody has entered anything, the form data is empty.
