Here you see what signature validation is based on and how fast signing runs. You do not change anything here; the page helps when you sort out a problem with support.
Trust lists
Section titled “Trust lists”- Trust lists: validation reports on signatures are based on the published lists of the EU, Switzerland (TSL) and Adobe (AATL). actaSIGN updates them daily.
The page shows the Last refresh, the Result of the last refresh for each list (ok or failed), what this instance has loaded (Ready or Not ready) and the schedule. Refresh only reloads the display.
Performance
Section titled “Performance”
- Performance: how long each step of signing takes, slowest first. Choose the Period and the Signing path. Below that you see the Recent sessions.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- If a list shows NOT anchored or failed, report it to support. Signature validation may then be incomplete.
