Confirm new organizations
If another organization has added you and you have never opened it, actaPASS shows the New tenants tile. One click confirms them all.
The tile only exists while there are unconfirmed organizations. It sits on the home page next to the other tiles and holds the list of new organizations and the Confirm button.
- Sign in to actaPASS.
- The New tenants tile lists the new organizations with their company account. Click Confirm.
- Tenants confirmed appears. The tile disappears.
After your next sign-in, you see the new organizations in actaSIGN under Switch tenant.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The tile only appears when there is something to confirm. If you do not see it, nothing is waiting.
- Confirm switches once into each new organization in the background and then back to the one you are working in. After that, you switch in actaSIGN with Switch tenant.
- If it does not work, Tenants could not be confirmed appears with the reason. Try again later.
