Block the fill-in permission for recipients

Senders can optionally allow recipients to place their own fields in the document while signing. With this setting you switch this option off for the whole organization.

For administrators only

You need administrator rights for the organization.

Where to find it

Administration → Defaults → Recipient Permissions card

1. Switch on Disable fill permission for senders.
2. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Good to know

• Running requests keep their setting. If a sender saves such a request again, actaSIGN removes the permission.
• The other optional permissions (for example Delegate) are not affected. Which of them a new task has from the start is set under Composer pre-selection.
