Enter company details

Under Organization you enter the official details of your company. axelity needs them for questions and for the invoice.

For administrators only

You need administrator rights for the company account or the tenant.

Where to find it

my.actapass.com → Company accounts → ⋮ → Tenants → ⋮ next to the tenant → Organization

1. Business name: the official name of your company.
2. Phone: a number for questions.
3. Email address: invoices are sent to this address.
4. Contact: who is responsible for questions.
5. Currency: Swiss Franc (CHF), Euro (EUR) or US Dollar (USD).
6. Click Save.

Good to know

• Only administrators see these details; members do not see them.
• The name that members see in actaSIGN is the Name of the tenant (Manage tenants).
