Do I need an account?
Whether you need an actaPASS account depends on what you want to do.

Without an account: recipients
Section titled “Without an account: recipients”If you get a signing request by e-mail, open the link and sign directly in your browser. Depending on the signature type, you confirm with a code by SMS or in an app. You do not need a password.
Exception: if the sender requires a sign-in or strong authentication, you are asked for it when you open the task.
With an account: members and senders
Section titled “With an account: members and senders”Anyone who sends requests themselves is a Member of an organization in actaSIGN. Usually an administrator of your organization invites you by e-mail. Then click «Accept invitation» in the e-mail.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- One actaPASS account works for all organizations you are a member of. You do not need a separate account for each one.
- Without an invitation you can sign up yourself. But to work in an organization, someone there must add you. Otherwise actaPASS reports that your address is not assigned to a tenant.
